摘要
采用Box-Behnken响应面优化黑曲霉孢子对水中Pb2+的吸附工艺,获得最佳吸附条件.试验结果表明:黑曲霉孢子吸附重金属Pb2+的最佳条件为pH 6.0,吸附温度38.28℃,反应时间104.79 min,孢子投加量1.55 g/L,Pb2+的去除率为99.41%;探讨黑曲霉孢子的吸附机理、吸附等温式,提出黑曲霉孢子可以作为一种极具潜力的绿色廉价吸附剂,用于修复水中的Pb2+污染.
The Box-Behnken design methodology was used to optimize the adsorption of Pb^2+in aquatic solution.The experimental results showed that the maximum removal rate of Pb^2+could reach 99.41%which was obtained by 1.55 g/L adsorbent dosage at 38.28℃,pH 6.0,reaction time 104.79 min.Furthermore,the adsorption mechanisms and adsorption isothermal equation of Aspergillus niger spores are also discussed.This study implied that Aspergillus niger spores is a promising,green and low-cost absorbent for the treatment of Pb^2+pollution in water.
