摘要
我国沿海地区经济发展和开发已形成“三大四小”格局。“三大”在改革开放后率先发展,是中国经济最发达地区;“四小”经济发展程度和“三大”相比有一定差距,有望成为中国经济新的发动机。依据各城市《2016年国民经济和社会发展统计公报》,采用灰色局势决策方法对沿海“四小”经济区(带)旅游业发展优势进行局势决策分析,确定未来发展方向:海峡西岸经济区以入境旅游为主,北部湾经济区、江苏沿海地区以及辽宁沿海经济带以国内旅游为主。研究结果和现实基本相符,为沿海“四小”经济区(带)旅游业发展和生产力布局提供一定的科学依据。
Economic development and the development and opening up in China's coastal areas have formed a“Three big Four small”pattern.“Three big”take the lead in the development after the reform and opening up,are the most economically developed areas in China;with respect to degree of economic development,there is some discrepancy between“Four small”and“Three big”in comparison,are expected to become China's new economic engine.Based on the“City National Economy and Society Developed Statistical Bulletin 2016”,the article introduces gray situation decision-making method to analyse tourism industry development advantages of the coastal“Four small”economic zone(belt),determine future development direction:Western Shore Economic Zone should be based on inbound tourism,North Bay Economic Zone in Guangxi,Coastal Areas in Jiangsu and Coastal Economic Zone in Liaoning should be based on domestic tourism.The findings are basically consistent with practice,in the hope of providing certain scientific basis for tourism industry development and distribution of productive forces of the coastal“Four small”economic zone(belt).
