摘要
当前,恐怖主义犯罪形势依然严峻,如何提高反恐应急处置能力,已经是考验各地警方执法水平和执法能力的重要指标,尤其是随着西部大开发和我国"一带一路"经济带的建设和发展,西北边疆地区已成为我国经济社会发展中的重点区域,因此,亟须认清形势,在反恐警务工作中完成战略转型。针对区域优势的转化带来的反恐工作的转变,西北边疆各省应转变思路,发挥本地优势条件,推动反恐警务合作机制构建。
At present,the situation of terrorist crimes is still severe. The capability of the counter-terrorism emergency response has become a vital indicator for the level of law enforcement in various police forces. Especially with West China Development and the Belt and Road Initiative,the northwest frontier region has become a key in China’s economic and social development. Therefore,it is urgent to follow the trend of strategic transformation in anti-terrorism. In response to the changes brought by the transformation of regional advantages,the provinces in the northwestern frontier should shift their minds about the construction of anti-terrorism police cooperation mechanism by making use of local advantages.
