摘要
目的探讨米氮平联合西酞普兰治疗抑郁伴睡眠障碍患者的效果。方法随机数字表法将87例抑郁伴睡眠障碍患者分为两组,单药组43例,口服西酞普兰,联合组加用米氮平,对比两组患者治疗前后抑郁状态、睡眠质量及氧化应激反应和神经递质水平变化情况。结果联合组4周及8周末HAMD评分、8周末ET-1、丙二醛水平、PSQI总分及各项评分均低于单药组,NO及SOD水平高于单药组(P<0.05),两组8周末DA水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论米氮平和西酞普兰可有效调节抑郁伴睡眠障碍患者体内的神经递质及氧化应激水平,改善其睡眠质量和抑郁状态。
Objective To investigate the effect of mirtazapine combined with citalopram in depression patients with sleep disorders. Methods 87 major depression patients with sleep disorders were randomly divided into two groups.43 patients in the single group received citalopram,while the combination group received mirtazapine and citalopram. The depression status,sleep quality and oxidative stress、changes in neurotransmitter levels were compared. Results After 8 w of treatment,The HAMD scores,the level of the ET-1、the level of malondialdehyde and PSQI scores in the combination group were lower than those in the single group. The levels of NO and SOD were higher than the single drug group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in DA levels between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The mirtazapine and citalopram can improve the sleep quality and depression in major depression patients with sleep disorders,and can effectively regulate their neurotransmitters and oxidative stress levels.
