摘要
为实现再造烟叶成品涂布率的快速测定,及时有效地监控生产过程质量,对生产线上基片与成品进行取样。烘箱-重量法测量其涂布率;使用色度仪测定其色度;建立色差和涂布率关系的数学模型;最后,测量同牌号未知样品的色度(L、a、b值),计算出涂布率,并与烘箱-重量法测量得到的涂布率进行比较。结果显示:涂布前的基片的L、a、b值的最大偏差为0.13%,线性模型涂布率Y=0.0054ΔE+0.3785,相关系数达到0.9819;多项式模型涂布率Y=-0.0006ΔE^2+0.0088ΔE+0.3728,相关系数可以达到0.9955。两种关系模型计算的涂布率与重量法测量的结果最大相对误差为1.9%。因此,可以通过色差法建立的数学模型对再造烟叶成品涂布率进行计算,进而实现对生产过程质量监控。
In order to achieve the rapid determination of the coating rate of reconstituted tobacco sheet(RTS) products and monitor the quality of production process timely and effectively, the base sheets and RTS products were sampled from the production line. Firstly, the coating rate were determined by oven-weight method;secondly, the samples' chroma were determined by the chroma machine.Establish the mathematical model of the relation between chromatic difference and coating rate. Finally, the coating rate of unknown RTS products of the same grade which were new from the production line was mesured by oven-weight method chromatic aberration method. The results showed that the chromaticity(L,a,b values)'s maximum deviation of the base sheet was 0.13%.The linear model is Y=0.0054ΔE+0.3785, and its correlation coefficient was 0.9819;the polynomial model is Y=-0.0006ΔE^2+0.0088ΔE+0.3728, and its correlation coefficient is 0.9955. The maximum deviation of the two mathematical model and the values of oven-weight method was 1.9%. Therefore, the mathematical model of chromatic aberration method can be used to calculate the coating rate of the RTS products, and achieve the quality control of the production process.
