摘要
目的观察基于预测性姿势调整(APA)的抛接球训练对慢性脑卒中患者下肢运动功能的影响。方法住院慢性脑卒中患者41例随机分为试验组(21例)和对照组(20例),两组均接受常规物理治疗,每次治疗40 min,每周5次,共治疗4周。试验组增加抛接球训练。治疗结束后比较两组下肢Fugl-Meyer评分(LE-FMA)、5次起立时间(FTSST)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、起立-行走计时测试(TUG)、10米最大速度步行测试(10MWT)和改良Barthel指数(MBI)。结果治疗后,两组LE-FMA、FTSST、BBS、TUG、10MWT和MBI均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组FTSST、TUG和10MWT优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于APA的抛接球训练可以提高慢性脑卒中患者的动态平衡功能与步行速度。
Objective To observe the effect of anticipatory posture adjustments(APA)-based ball-throwing training on motor function of the patients with chronic stroke.Methods Forty-one patients with chronic stroke were randomized into groups of A(21 cases) and B(20 cases).Both groups received conventional physical therapy,which was performed 40 minutes for each treatment and 5 times per week lasting for 4 weeks.The patients in group A were treated with additional ball-throwing training.The lower extremity Fugl-Meyer(LE-FMA),five-time sit to stand test(FTSST),Berg balance scale(BBS),time up and go test(TUG),10-metre maximin walking test(10 MWT) and modified barthel index(MBI) were measured before and after training in both groups.Results The scores of LE-FMA,FTSST,BBS,TUG,10 MWT and MBI in both groups were all better after treatment than those before(P<0.05),which of FTSST,TUG and 10 MWT after treatment were better in group A than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion APA-based ball-throwing training can improve the dynamic balance function and walking speed of the patients with chronic stroke.
