摘要
茶产业与旅游产业融合是实现乡村产业振兴的重要途径,对茶产业成功转型和带动地方农业发展具有重要意义。以福建省安溪县为例,在产业融合理论指导下,剖析了安溪县茶产业发展现状及存在问题,梳理了茶产业与旅游业融合的多种模式,指出品牌文化力度不佳、产业结构单一等问题是影响茶产业融合的主要原因。最后,从完善产品体系、整合文化资源、提升茶园生态可持续、延伸茶园产业链、构建茶旅融合信息化等5个方面提出促进安溪县茶旅融合发展的对策和建议。
The integration of tea industry and tourism industry is an important way to realize the revitalization of rural industry, which is of great significance to the successful transformation of tea industry and the development of local agriculture. Taking Anxi county of Fujian province as an example, under the guidance of industrial integration theory, this paper analyzed the status quo and existing problems of the tea industry development, and sorted out various modes of the integration of tea industry and tourism industry. And then the main reasons affecting the integration of tea industry were pointed out, including poor brand culture and single industrial structure. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the tea-tourism integration and development in Anxi county of Fujian province were put forward from five aspects, such as improving product system, integrating cultural resources, enhancing the ecological sustainability of tea gardens, extending the industrial chain of tea gardens, and constructing informatization of the tea-tourism integration.
