摘要
乡村振兴战略是国家为补齐农业农村发展短板、实现城乡一体化格局、破解农民增收难题、建设现代化农业强国而提出的重大战略方针。产业振兴是乡村振兴的重点,为乡村振兴提供物质基础,也是解决中国农村产业结构单一问题的关键。实现产业振兴,要以农业为基础,发展二三产业,培育新型农业经营主体,构建现代化农业产业体系。在乡村振兴视角下,以推动农村产业融合和增进农民收益为目标,以内蒙古磴口县为例,结合政策和磴口产业发展实际探讨了乡村产业振兴的路径选择。
Rural revitalization strategy is a major strategic policy which was put forward by the central government of China to make up for the shortage of agricultural and rural development, realize the pattern of urban-rural integration, crack the problem of increasing farmers' income and build a modern agricultural power. Industrial revitalization is the key of rural revitalization, providing material basis for rural revitalization, and is also the key to solve the single problem of rural industrial structure in China. To achieve industrial revitalization, we need to develop secondary and tertiary industries on the basis of agriculture, cultivate new types of agricultural business entities, and build a modernized agricultural industry system. From the perspective of rural revitalization, with the goal of promoting the integration of rural industries and increasing the income of farmers, the authors took Dengkou county as an example to discuss the path selection of rural industry revitalization in combination with the policies and the actual development of Dengkou industry.
