摘要
3S技术可实现对区域生态环境演变各要素的综合、动态、实时监测,是进行生态环境动态监测与研究领域不可替代的重要观测手段和信息处理工具。本文通过介绍生态环境监测必要性、3S发展历程及总结该技术在生态环境动态监测与演变分析研究中的优势及特点,对3S技术在我国生态环境动态监测领域的应用现状进行了综合分析;基于对地综合观测系统的全球发展视角,从监测内容尺度、技术研究方法、监测分析手段及多源技术融合等方面阐述了3S技术在我国生态环境动态监测领域面临的机遇与挑战。
3S technologies are the irreplaceable means to collect observation and to process information in routinely monitoring and investigating the ecological environment,due to their potential of comprehensive,dynamic and real time monitoring over single factors required by of the regional eco-environment community.We comprehensively analyzed the 3 S-technology adopted by various applications in the community of eco-environment dynamic monitoring over China,by introducing the requirement in the history of 3 S-technology,and its special features in the field of dynamic monitoring and evolution analysis of eco-environment.We point out the opportunities and challenges of 3 S-technolgy in our eco-environment dynamic monitoring,in terms of our analysis on the monitoring scales and contents,methods,and integrated technologies,with a standing view from the global perspective of developing international Earth Observing System.
