摘要
非酒精性脂肪肝是一种常见慢性肝脏疾病,现代医学尚无治疗的特效药。文章搜集了近5年来关于非酒精性脂肪肝分子机制研究的文献,总结了非酒精性脂肪肝的中西医发病机制。并对非酒精性脂肪肝中医证候分子机制及中药治疗方面进行综述。中医药对非酒精性脂肪肝分子机制研究需要结合当前高新技术手段,从系统生物学角度进一步精确药物作用机制,从分子层面规范证候评价标准,深入探究非酒精性脂肪肝生物学基础。
Non-alcoholic fatty liver is a common chronic liver disease. In recent years, the incidence has increased year by year. There is no effective medicine for modern medicine. This article collected the literature about the molecular mechanism of nonalcoholic fatty liver in the past five years. The pathogenesis of nonalcoholic fatty liver in traditional Chinese and Western medicine was summarized. The molecular mechanism of TCM syndromes and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver were reviewed. With the rapid development of science and technology, the research of molecular mechanism of non-alcoholic fatty liver in traditional Chinese medicine needs to be further precise from the perspective of system biology, standardize the evaluation criteria of syndromes from the molecular level, and explore the biological basis of non-alcoholic fatty liver.
