中外大规模在线开放课程学习成果认证分析——基于9个慕课平台的比较研究 被引量:23

摘要 在线教育已经被学习者广泛接受并成为自我提升的重要渠道,而学习成果的认证是在线教育发展的关键环节。为了全面了解中外在线开放课程的学习成果认证情况,选取9个慕课平台进行比较研究,从在线开放课程学习成果的认证类型、认证服务对象、认证主体、认证路径、认证方法及认证成果的推广等方面分析发现:收费的个性化课程群认证是学习成果认证的发展方向;收费认证中,国内平台注重提供纸质证书,国外平台则注重提供优质学习支持服务;国内平台学分认证主要服务对象是在校生,国外平台则面向社会人员;从认证主体来看,国内主要是平台或高校认证,国外则主要是第三方评估机构认证;学历导向与岗位导向是两条典型的认证路径,线上线下相结合是认证的主要方法,求职招聘平台是认证成果推广的重要渠道。基于此提出,我国在线开放课程平台应联合企业、高校等出台学习成果认证的标准与制度,将提高学习支持服务水平作为收费认证的主要参照,为社会学习者提供更多的学历晋升通道。 Online education has been widely accepted, and the certification of learning Achievements has become a key part to its further development. In order to comprehensively understand the learning achievement certifications of online open courses in China and abroad, this paper selects 9 MOOCs platforms to study. Based on the analysis of the types, service objects, subjects, paths, methods and promotion of online open courses certification, this paper finds that: certification of personalized courses group is the developing trend. Foreign platforms focus on providing high - quality learning support services, while domestic platforms focus on providing paper certificates to charge. The main service objects of credit certification in China are students, while foreign platforms provide services for social personnel. Third Party Certification is an important way in foreign countries. Diploma orientation and post orientation are the typ-ical certification paths, and the combination of online and offline is the main method of certification. Recruitment platform is an impor-tant channel for the promotion of certifications. According to the research, the government should cooperate with enterprises, universi-ties and other institutions to promulgate the standards and systems for the certification of online learning, take the improvement of learn-ing support services as a way to charge for certification, and provide more channels for social learners to promote their academic de-grees.
