摘要
通过重现性试验、精密度试验、稳定性试验和回收率试验比较了Al(NO3)3-NaNO2-NaOH法和AlCl3-NaAC法测定苦荞酒中总黄酮含量的差异。结果表明,AlCl3-NaAC法测苦荞酒中总黄酮含量,其方法的操作简单方便,结果较为准确可靠。
The differences of total flavonoids in tartary buckwheat wine were determined by Al (NO3)3-NaNO2-NaOH method and AlCl3 -NaAC method by reproducibility test, precision test, stability test and recovery test.The results showed that the AlCl3-NaAC method was used to measure the total flavonoids in buckwheat wine. The method was simple and convenient, and the results were more accurate and reliable.
