阻燃增强PBT材料的湿热老化性能研究(二) 被引量:6

摘要 研究了阻燃增强聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)材料在85℃、85%湿度情况下的湿热老化性能,研究了湿热老化条件下阻燃增强PBT材料的强度、韧性、耐热性和熔体质量流动速率等的变化。结果表明,湿热老化对阻燃增强PBT材料韧性的影响明显大于对材料强度的影响,而湿热老化对阻燃增强PBT材料的耐热性影响不大。湿热老化主要通过水分子降低PBT分子链的分子量,增加了材料的熔体质量流动速率来达到对材料性能的影响。阻燃增强PBT材料中玻璃纤维种类及含量对材料的湿热老化均有一定程度的影响。 The humidity-heat aging properties of the flame retardant reinforced poly( butylene terephthalare)( PBT) material at 85 ℃ and 85% humidity were studied. The changes of the strength,toughness,heat resistance and melting flowing index of the flame retardant reinforced PBT material under the condition of humidity-Heat aging were studied. The results show that the effect of humidity-heat aging on the toughness of the flame retardant reinforced PBT material is obviously greater than the effect on the strength of the material. Humidity-Heat aging has little effect on the heat resistance of the flame retardant reinforced PBT material. In the process of humidity-heat aging,water molecules could reduce the molecular weight of the PBT molecular chain and increase the melting index of the material to achieve the effect on the properties of the materials. The types and contents of glass fiber in the flame retardant reinforced PBT material have influence on the humidity-heat aging of the material.
