摘要
以汽车接插件注塑成型为研究对象,结合信噪比和灰色关联分析提出了一种注塑工艺参数优化方法。首先,给出了工艺参数优化流程。在正交试验的基础上,采用信噪比分析法,获得注塑加工过程中各工艺参数对优化目标的影响度。利用灰色关联分析,将多目标优化转化为单目标优化问题,由此得到最佳工艺组合。结果表明,翘曲变形量减小5. 19%;收缩率减小17. 52%;该方法能够有效降低注塑加工过程中的缺陷,提高制品成型的质量。
Taking injection molding of automobile connector as the research object, a method of injection molding process parameter optimization was proposed based on signal noise ratio( SNR) and gray correlation analysis. Firstly,the process parameter optimization process was given. On the basis of orthogonal test,the influence degree of each process parameter on the optimization objective was obtained by SNR analysis. By using grey relational analysis, multi-objective optimization was transformed into single-objective optimization problem, and the optimal process combination was obtained. The results show that the warping deformation could decrease 5. 19%. The deformation shrinkage decreases 17. 52%.This method could effectively reduce the defects in the process of injection molding and improve the quality of molding products.
