摘要
随着热塑性材料应用的迅速发展,塑料制品逐渐突破传统厚度的限制,越来越多的厚壁塑料制品得以实现。采用通用的注塑成型工艺制备厚壁产品时,经常会出现缩孔、缩痕、翘曲、熔接痕和裂纹等缺陷。本文综述了厚壁注塑成型工艺中的关键问题及近年来研究开发现状,为厚壁注塑成型工艺的应用提供参考。
With the rapid development of thermoplastic application,plastic products gradually break the limit of traditional thickness,and more thick wall plastic products have been realized.But some defects will occur for thick wall plastic parts by general injection molding process,such as shrinkage,sink mark,warpage,weld line and crack.In this article,some key issues for thick wall injection process and R&D status in recent years were reviewed,which could be used as reference for thick wall injection process application.
