胰腺脂肪肉瘤1例报告

Pancreatic liposarcoma: A case report

摘要 1 病例资料患者女性,72岁,因“胰腺占位1个月”于2018年1月10日就诊于本院。患者1个月前于当地医院体检行腹部CT检查提示:胰腺占位性病变。患者为求进一步诊治就诊于本院,既往史:高血压病史15年,血压最高200/100 mm Hg,未规律服用降压药物,血压控制较差。糖尿病史3年,每日规律应用胰岛素,血糖控制良好。腹部查体:无明显阳性体征。术前检查肿瘤标志物:CA19-9 39.67 U/ml。其余未见明显异常。肝胆脾胰多排CT平扫+三期增强检查示:胰腺体部见局限性脂肪密度影突出于胰腺轮廓之外,大小约9.4 cm×4.1 cm,占位内部可见软组织密度影,动脉期见小血管影自胰腺发出,考虑胰腺脂肪肉瘤(图1)。
