摘要
目的探究小儿阑尾炎经腹腔镜手术治疗应用临床护理路径的价值。方法选择84例2016年2月—2017年10月小儿阑尾炎经腹腔镜手术治疗患儿按随机表分组。对照组应用普通护理干预;观察组应用临床护理路径。比较两组患儿家长护理满意度;护士服务态度、操作技术、巡视、健康教育评分;腹腔残余感染、粘连性肠梗阻等并发症发生率;护理前后儿童焦虑心理和治疗依从性;住院时间和费用。结果观察组患儿家长护理满意度比对照组高,P <0.05;观察组护士服务态度、操作技术、巡视、健康教育评分比对照组好,P <0.05;观察组腹腔残余感染、粘连性肠梗阻等并发症发生率比对照组低,P<0.05。干预前儿童焦虑心理和治疗依从性相似,P> 0.05。干预后观察组儿童焦虑心理和治疗依从性优于对照组,P <0.05。观察组住院时间和费用低于对照组,P <0.05。结论小儿阑尾炎经腹腔镜手术治疗应用临床护理路径的价值高,可提升护理服务质量,减轻患儿焦虑情绪,提高其依从性,缩短住院时间和减少医疗费用,家长满意度高。
Objective To explore the value of the application of clinical nursing path in the treatment of children with appendicitis treated by laparoscopy.Methods 84 children with appendicitis from February 2016 to October 2017 were divided into random tables by laparoscopy.The control group was treated with general nursing intervention,and the observation group applied the clinical nursing path.The nursing satisfaction of parents in two groups,nurses' service attitude,operation technology,patrol and health education score,the incidence of complications such as abdominal residual infection and adhesive ileus were compared,and the anxiety and treatment compliance of children before and after nursing,length of stay and cost of hospitalization were compared.Results The observation group satisfaction was higher than the control group,P < 0.05;the observation group nurse service attitude,operation technology,inspection,health education was better than the control group,P < 0.05;the observation group abdominal residual infection,adhesive intestinal obstruction and other complications rate lower than the control group,P < 0.05.The anxiety and treatment compliance of children before intervention were similar,P > 0.05.The anxiety and treatment compliance of children in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P < 0.05.The hospitalization time and cost of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,P < 0.05.Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in pediatric appendicitis via laparoscopic surgery is of high value,which can improve the quality of nursing service,relieve anxiety,improve compliance,shorten hospitalization time and reduce medical exp enses.
