摘要
目的探讨临床护理干预联合常规护理在糖尿病中的临床价值,以期提高临床护理质量。方法随机将我院2017年8月—2018年8月收治的90例糖尿病患者分为两组,每组45例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上行临床护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理满意度、空腹血糖水平以及医嘱依从率等指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床护理干预联合常规护理在糖尿病中效果理想,不仅有利于改善患者的治疗依从性,保持了护患关系的和谐发展,同时还维持了血糖水平的稳定,保障了患者的身体健康和生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical value of clinical nursing intervention combined with routine nursing in diabetes,in order to improve the quality of clinical care.Methods 90 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,45 in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received clinical nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The observation group's nursing satisfaction,fasting blood glucose level and doctor's compliance rate were significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The effect of clinical nursing intervention combined with routine nursing in diabetes mellitus is ideal,which not only improves the patients'treatment compliance,maintains the harmonious development of nurse-patient relationship,but also maintains the stability of blood sugar level and guarantees the patients' health and quality of life.
