摘要
目的探析急性心肌梗死合并泵衰竭经主动脉球囊反搏术后患者行优质护理的效果及其对护患关系的影响。方法将2016年10月—2018年10月本院接收的60例急性心肌梗死合并泵衰竭经主动脉球囊反搏术后患者纳入至本次研究中,根据患者入院时间平均分组,各30例,对照组行常规护理,研究组则接受优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果研究组与对照组护理满意度、护患纠纷发生率、尿量、心率及平均动脉压,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死合并泵衰竭经主动脉球囊反搏术后,实施优质护理方案,有助于改善患者心率及平均动脉压,同时可以改善护患关系,避免护患纠纷的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing care on patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with pump failure after aortic balloon counterpulsation and its influence on nurse-patient relationship.Methods 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with pump failure received in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled in the study after aortic balloon counterpulsation.The average grouping was completed according to the patient's admission time,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the study group was given quality care,the effects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction,the incidence of nurses' disputes,urine volume,heart rate and mean arterial pressure were significantly different between the study group and the control group,and the difference was significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Acute myocardial infarction combined with pump failure after aortic balloon counterpulsation,the implementation of quality care program,can help improve the heart rate and average arterial pressure of patients,while improving the relationship between nurses and patients,avoiding the occurrence of nurses and patients disputes.
