摘要
目的探讨在护理管理中采取参与管理模式的临床效果。方法选择2017年9月—2018年9月到我院接受治疗的124例临床患者,根据所采取的护理管理模式不同分为参与组和常规组,每组患者分别为62例。抽取我科室的护理人员分为两组,每组各12名。参与组采取参与管理模式的措施,常规组采取常规的管理模式,并且对比参与组和常规组患者对于护理服务的满意程度以及护理工作的质量评分。结果参与组患者对于护理服务的满意度96.77%,高于常规组的83.87%,参与组护理人员的病区管理、一级护理以及基础护理等质量评分均高于常规组,P <0.05,两组差异有统计学意义。结论在护理管理的过程中,通过采取参与管理的模式,能够提高护理人员的工作质量,同时,利于满足患者的护理需求。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of participatory management model in nursing management.Methods A total of 124 clinical patients who were treated in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled.According to the different nursing management models,the patients were divided into the participating group and the regular group,with 62 patients in each group.Nursing staff in our department were divided into two groups,12 nurses in each group.The participatory management model was adopted in participating group.The routine management mode was adopted in the routine group,and the satisfaction level of the nursing service with the quality of the nursing work in the participating group and the regular group were compared.Results The satisfaction rate of nursing service in the participating group was 96.77%,higher than 83.87% in the routine group.The quality scores of ward management,primary care and basic care of nursing staff in the participating group were higher than those in the routine group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion In the process of nursing management,by adopting the mode of participatory management model,the quality of nursing staff can be improved,and at the same time,it is beneficial to meet the nursing needs of patients.
