摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在强迫症患者中的价值,以期指导临床下一步工作。方法随机将我院2017年8月—2018年8月收治的60例强迫症患者分为两组,每组30例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行优质护理干预。结果 (1)护理后,观察组Y-BOCS、HAMA评分分别为(7.98±0.61)分、(9.58±0.73)分;对照组分别为(15.07±1.38)分、(16.86±1.75)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);(2)观察组护理满意度(93.33%;28/30)高于对照组(70.0%;21/30),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论优质护理服务应用于强迫症患者中效果显著。
Objective To explore the value of quality nursing services in obsessive-compulsive disorder,in order to guide the next step of clinical work.Methods 60 patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in each group.The control group received routine care and the observation group underwent quality nursing intervention.Results (1) After nursing,the Y-BOCS and HAMA scores of the observation group were (7.98±0.61) points and (9.58±0.73) points respectively.The control group were (15.07±1.38) points and (16.86±1.75) points respectively.The difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05);(2) The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (93.33%;28/30) was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.0%;21/30),the difference was significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The quality nursing service has a significant effect in obsessive-compulsive disorde.
