摘要
目的探究预见性护理对产妇阴道分娩后出血情况的影响。方法自我院2017年1月—2018年8月产检的孕妇中选取212例作为本次研究对象,将其按照产检前后顺序分为两组,每组106例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施预见性护理,对比两组产妇生产后2 h、12 h、24 h出血情况以及产妇对护理工作的满意度。结果研究组产妇生产后2 h、12 h、24 h阴道出血量均少于对照组,且对护理工作的满意度高于对照组,各组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论产妇围生期实施预见性护理能够有效降低阴道分娩产妇产后阴道出血量,保障产妇身心健康,提高医疗质量,提高产妇对护理人员的满意度,减少医疗纠纷。
Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women with vaginal delivery.Methods 212 pregnant women were selected from January 2017 to August 2018 in our hospital for this study.They were divided into two groups according to the order of prenatal examination and postnatal examination,106 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the research group was given predictive nursing.2 h,12 h and 24 h postpartum hemorrhage,and maternal satisfaction with nursing work in the two groups were compared.Results The amount of vaginal bleeding in the study group was less than that in the control group at 2 h,12 h and 24 h after delivery.And the satisfaction of nursing work was higher than that of the control group,and there was significant difference among the groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing during perinatal period can effectively reduce the amount of postpartum vaginal bleeding,ensure the physical and mental health of the puerpera,improve the medical quality,improve the satisfaction of the puerpera to the nurses,and reduce medical disputes.
