摘要
目的分析在健康体检中应用免散瞳眼底照相的临床价值和效果。方法对2018年4—10月到本中心参与体检的某单位2 406名健康体检人员涉及资料进行回顾性分析,均予以免散瞳眼底照相,阐述眼底改变检出情况。结果 2 406名健康体检人员实施免散瞳眼底照相检查,结果有异常或者眼底看不清者为262例(10.89%),白内障22.90%、血管迂曲17.56%、黄斑前膜11.45%、脱色素改变11.45%、黄斑变性10.30%、玻璃膜疣9.16%、视网膜动脉硬化6.49%、视网膜硬性渗出灶4.20%、糖尿病视网膜病变2.67%、玻璃体混浊2.29%、黄斑裂孔0.76%、青光眼0.38%、视网膜脱离0.38%、其它0.00%。结论免散瞳眼底照相是目前常规的健康体检项目,是早期发现眼底疾病的一种有效措施,可指导临床诊治眼底疾病以及评估患者全身健康状态。
Objective To analyze the clinical value and effect of mydriatic free fundus photography in health examination.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the data of 2 406 healthy personnel who participated in the physical examination in a certain unit from April to October 2018.All of them were exempted from mydriatic fundus photography,and the detection situation of fundus changes was described.Results Among the 2 406 health checkers,262 (10.89%) were abnormal or could not see the fundus clearly.Cataract 22.90%,vascular tortuosity 17.56%,macular anterior membrane 11.45%,discoloration 11.45%,macular degeneration 10.30%,retinal warts 9.16%,retinal arteriosclerosis 6.49%,retinal hard exudation 4.20%,diabetic retinopathy 2.67%,vitreous opacity 2.29%,macular hole 0.76%,glaucoma 0.38%,retinal detachment 0.38%,other 0.00%.Conclusion Nonmydriatic fundus photography is a routine health physical examination.It is an effective measure for early detection of fundus diseases.It can guide the diagnosis and treatment of fundus diseases and assess the overall health of patients.
