摘要
目的:调查居民健康档案的建立及利用情况,分析影响健康档案利用的关键因素。方法:采用多阶段分层抽样的方法选取调查对象,对影响健康档案利用的因素进行卡方检验及多因素Logistic回归分析。结果:居民健康档案建档及利用率为64.53%,多元Logistic回归分析显示,年龄,居住地,文化程度,家庭收入4个变量有显著性差异。结论:居民对健康档案利用率有待提高。建议从基本公共卫生服务模式入手,与家庭医生签约服务相结合,根据居民的年龄、居住地、文化程度、收入等方面具体情况,采取有针对性的策略提高居民对健康档案的利用率。
Objective:To investigate the establishment and utilization of residents’health records,and analyze key factors affecting the utilization of health records.Methods:Multi-stage stratified random sampling was used to extract respondents,and chi-square test and multi-logistic regression was used to analyze influencing factors.Results:The construction and utilization rate of residents'health records were 64.53%.Multi-logistic regression analysis showed that there were significant differences among the four variables of age,residence,education level and family income.Conclusion:The overall utilization of health records of residents needs to be improved.It is suggested that starting with the basic public health service mode,combining with the contracted services of family doctors,and according to the specific conditions of residents'age,place of residence,educational level and income,targeted strategies should be adopted to improve the utilization rate of health records.
