摘要 心血管疾病是一系列高发病率、高死亡率的常见病,是危害中老年人健康的一大杀手。内皮微颗粒是在内皮细胞活化、凋亡时所释放的一组微粒,由磷酯酰丝氨酸和不同的表面蛋白组成,不同的刺激会引起不同性质的内皮微颗粒释放,因此具有不同的生物功能。内皮损伤是动脉粥样硬化病变的始动因素,在血管性疾病中起着重要作用。内皮微颗粒可较灵敏地反映内皮功能紊乱,对血管性疾病的早期评估有较好的预测作用。 Cardiovascular disease is a series of common diseases with high morbidity and high mortality rate,and it is a major killer that harms the health of middle-aged and elderly people.Endothelial microparticles are a group of microparticles released by activation or apoptosis of endothelial cells.They are composed of phosphatidylserine and different surface proteins.Different stimuli can cause the release of different properties endothelial microparticles which have different biological functions.Endothelial injury is the initiating factor of atherosclerotic lesions and plays an important role in vascular diseases.Endothelial microparticles can respond more sensitively to endothelial dysfunction and have a better predictive effect on the early assessment of vascular diseases.
