摘要
皖江地区足球联赛开展多年,其球员呈现以公务员、事业单位职工、企业职工、私企员工为主,收入居中等阶层,年龄集中在26~40岁之间,平时踢球少等特征。对球员的管理上,以自由组队和单位行业组队为主要组织方式,管理制度不健全,专职管理人员缺乏,专业性指导教练缺乏,计划性和系统性日常训练缺乏等。提高皖江业余足球联赛球员队伍水平,要提高认识,加强组织,还要规范组织,多位一体;要加强培训,规范训练,还要满足需求,赛事多样。
The football league in Wanjiang area has been developed for many years,whose players are mainly civil servants,employees of public institutions,employees of enterprises and private enterprises. Most of them are between 26 and 40 years old,with middle-class income and seldom play football in normal times. As for the management of players,free team formation and team formation by unit and industry are the main organization methods;the management system is not perfect;there is a lack of full time managers,professional coaches as well as planned and systematic daily training. In order to improve the level of players in Wanjiang Amateur Football League,it is necessary to raise awareness,strengthen and standardize organization,integrate multiple players,strengthen and standardize training,meet the demands of different players and make the competitions diversified.
