摘要
目的:探讨微创抽吸与黄金微针治疗腋臭术后复发的临床疗效。方法:应用微创抽吸治疗复发腋臭30例,应用黄金微针治疗28例,术后随访12个月,观察疗效及并发症发生情况。结果:术后随访12个月,微创抽吸组治疗有效率为93.3%(28/30),黄金微针组治疗有效率为89.3%(25/28),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组均无严重并发症发生。结论:微创抽吸与黄金微针治疗腋臭术后复发患者,均有较满意的临床疗效,并发症发生率低,值得临床推广。
Objective The clinical effects of minimally invasive suction and BodyTite on postoperative recurrence of bromhidrosis were investigated. Methods 58 subjects with postoperative recurrence of bromhidrosis were divided into two groups, 30 cases in first group were treated by minimally invasive suction, while the rest 28 cases in second group accepted treatment of BodyTite. Results After 12 months of follow-up, the effective rate of minimally invasive aspiration group was 93.3%(28/30), and that of gold microneedle group was 89.3%(25/28), there was no significant difference between the two groups (P >0.05). No serious complications occurred in two groups. Conclusion The minimally invasive suction and BodyTite on postoperative recurrence of bromhidrosis all shows satisfactory clinical effects and low incidence of complication, which deserve clinical expansion.
