摘要
测量不确定度一般由若干个分量组成,在建立测量模型并识别不确定度来源后,对每个不确定度分量的合成计算是必不可少的一个环节。本文针对不同测量模型讨论了标准不确定度合成计算应注意的几个问题,并给出应用实例。
Because measurements generally are influenced by some factors, the calculation of combined standard uncertainty is very important after the factors determined. In this paper, some questions about the calculation are discussed, and some examples are given.
