摘要
本试验对两个不同比例谷草颗粒与花生秧饲喂肉羊的育肥效果、产肉性能、血清指标和消化酶进行了研究。采用单因子试验设计,选择4月龄体况相似、健康无病的寒泊×小尾杂交公羊54只,平均初重为(33.18±4.89)kg,随机分为高谷草比例组(HMS组,谷草颗粒:花生秧=2∶1)与低谷草比例组(LMS组,谷草颗粒:花生秧=1∶2)2组,每组3个重复,每个重复9只。试验期为3个月,预饲期7 d。结果显示:(1)HMS组试验羊总增重和日增重均较LMS组提高13.01%(P <0.05);两组宰前重、胴体重、屠宰率、眼肌面积、胴体脂肪含量值均差异不显著(P> 0.05);(2)育肥后期,HMS组血清中葡萄糖(GLU)显著高于LMS组(P <0.05),两组血清中总蛋白(TP)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、尿素(UREA)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)差异不显著(P> 0.05);(3)HMS组十二指肠和空肠的糜蛋白酶(CRS)活性显著高于LMS组(P <0.05),HMS组十二指肠的胰蛋白酶(TRS)活性显著高于LMS组(P <0.05);HMS组纯利润高于LMS组(183.86元VS 134.58元)。添加高比例谷草可提高羔羊育肥增重效果,且对育肥消化生理无不良影响。
The experiment was conducted to study the fattening effect,meat production performance,serum parameters and digestive enzymes of lambs fed diets which contains two different proportions of millet straw and peanut straw.A single factor design was adopted in the experiment,54 four-months-old healthy Hanper×Small-Tailed crossbred rams with average initial weight of(33.18±4.89)kg were randomly divide into 2 groups with three replicates in each group and nine lambs in each replicate.The experiment was carried out in the high proportion of millet straw group(HMS group,millet straw granules:peanut straw=2:1)and low proportion of millet straw group(LMS group,millet straw granules:peanut straw=1:2).The experimental period of 3 months and the pre-feeding period of 7 days.The results showed as follows:(1)The total gain and daily gain of HMS group were 13.01%higher than that of LMS group(P<0.05);The pre-slaughter weight,carcass weight,slaughter rate,eye muscle area and GR value of HMS group were no significant differences than those of LMS group(P>0.05);(2)At last stage,HMS group exhibited higher the glucose content than LMS group(P<0.05);There were no significant differences of serum total protein,alanine aminotransferase,glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase,urea,total cholesterol,triglyceride and lactate dehydrogenase between the two groups(P>0.05);(3)The activity of chymotrypsin and jejunum in the duodenum of HMS group were significantly greater than those of LMS group(P<0.05),the activity of trypsin in duodenum of HSM group was more than that of LSM group(P<0.05);The net profits of HMS group was distinctly increased than that of LMS group(183.86 yuan VS 134.58 yuan).The addition of high proportion of millet straw could increase the weight gain of lamb,and had no adverse effect on fattening and digesting physiology.
