摘要
目的:探讨祛腐生肌洗剂配合西药治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选择收治的糖尿病足患者70例展开研究,根据对患者干预方式的不同分为两组,对照组患者采用常规西医治疗,而观察组患者则在对照组基础上应用祛腐生肌洗剂治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的生活质量情况,评价临床有效性和安全性。结果:观察组患者治疗后6 w、12 w的生活质量评分均显著高于对照组;并且观察组患者的治疗有效率为97.30%,明显高于对照组的72.73%,而不良事件发生率为5.41%,则显著低于对照组的33.33%,两组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:祛腐生肌洗剂辅助治疗糖尿病足溃疡的效果显著,安全性高,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of dispelling saprophytic lotion and western medicine in treating diabetic foot ulcers. Methods: Seventy inpatients with diabetic foot admitted to the Hospital were selected for the study. The patients were divided into two groups according to the different intervention methods. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, while the observation group was treated with dispelling saprophytic lotion on the basis of the control group. The quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment was observed, and the clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated. Results: The quality of life scores of 6 W and12 W in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The effective rate of the observation group was 97.30%,significantly higher than that 72.73% of the control group. And the incidence of adverse events was 5.41%,significantly lower than that 33.33% of the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Dispelling saprophytic lotion for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers is effective and safe which is worth promoting.
