摘要
目的:探讨肾康注射液联合血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床价值。方法:回顾分析某医院收治的50例慢性肾功能衰竭患者,对照组采用标准透析治疗,观察组采用肾康注射液联合血液透析治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,对照组总有效率为68.00%,观察组为96.00%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,对照组与观察组患者的血肌酐、尿素氮无明显变化(P>0.05);治疗后观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性肾功能衰竭治疗中肾康注射液联合血液透析效果极佳,有良好的临床应用价值。
Objective:To study the clinical value of Shenkang injection combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods: fifty patients with chronic renal failure treated in Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The control group was treated with standard dialysis and the observation group was treated with Shenkang injection combined with hemodialysis. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results: After treatment, the total effective rate was 68.00% in the control group and 96.00% in the observation group. The two groups were better than the observation group(P<0.05);before treatment, there was no significant change in serum creatinine and urea nitrogen between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05);after treatment, the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Shenkang injection combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure is very effective and has good clinical application value.
