摘要
高温合金GH4169是航空航天领域的重要材料,在传统切削加工中会遇到一系列难题。为了解决这些难题,提出利用电火花方法加工高温合金GH4169。在充分理解BP神经网络原理、合理设置模型函数和参数的基础上,建立了电火花加工GH4169的BP网络预测模型;再对模型进行了关于加工目标拟合曲线的分析,并对预测值和实际值进行了比较。结果表明:建立的BP网络预测模型有效。
Superalloy GH4169 is an important material in the aerospace industry and it will encounter a series of problems in traditional machining. In order to solve these problems,it is proposed to process the superalloy GH4169 by electric spark. Based on the full understanding of the principle of BP neural network and the reasonable setting of model functions and parameters,the BP network prediction model of EDM GH4169 is established. Then the model is analyzed on the fitting curve of the machining target,and the predicted value is compared with the actual value. The results show that the established BP network prediction model is effective.
