摘要 跨线安装是特高压交流变电站电气安装的重要工序,其安装质量直接影响变电站的运行状况。构架间跨线弧垂要求严格,施工过程中的绝缘子串长度测量、导线压接及母线起吊等环节安装难度大、工艺要求高。研究一种精确计算导线下料长度的计算方法,并对原有特高压变电站跨线安装工艺流程进行改进,该方法在国内某特高压变电站成功应用,验证了所提方法的有效性。 Jump wire installation is an important part of the electrical instrument construction in UHV substation.Its quality directly affects the operational state of the substation in the future.There are strict specifications about jump wire sag. The length measurement of insulator string,wire fittings and lifting are the key procedures which should be carefully handled according to relevant engineering standard.In this paper,a calculation software for accurately calculating the length of wire cut-off is presented which effectively improves the jump wire installation process of UHV substation.The method has been successfully applied in an UHV substation in China,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed calculation software.
