摘要
目的分析盆腔炎患者生活质量状况及其中药保留灌肠抗炎治疗的疗效。方法选取2015年至2017年衡水市桃城区妇幼保健院诊治的140例盆腔炎患者作为研究对象。评价患者的临床治疗效果,比较患者治疗前后生活质量,分析不同年龄段患者治疗前后生活质量。对比患者治疗前后炎性反应因子水平变化。结果 140例患者中,55例治愈,53例显效,19例有效,13例无效,治疗总有效率为90.71%。治疗后,患者的生活质量各维度分值升高,表明治疗后患者的生活质量提高,患者治疗前后的生活质量差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各个年龄段患者治疗后生活质量高于治疗前,不同年龄段患者治疗前后的生活质量差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,患者的IL-2和IL-10水平升高,TNF-α下降,患者治疗前后的IL-2、IL-10和TNF-α水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆腔炎患者抗炎治疗效果显著,治疗后患者生活质量得到提高,炎性反应改善明显。
Objective To analyze the quality of life of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease and the anti-inflammatory effect of retention enema with Chinese herbal medicine. Methods 140 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease treated in our hospital from 2015 to 2017 were selected. The clinical efficacy of patients was evaluated;the quality of life before and after treatment was compared;the quality of life before and after treatment in different age groups was analyzed and compared. The changes in inflammatory reaction factors before and after treatment were compared. Results Among the 140 patients, 55 cases were cured, 53 cases were markedly effective, 19 cases were effective, 13 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90.71%. After treatment, the quality of life scores of patients increased, indicating that the quality of life of patients improved after treatment, with statistically significant difference between before and after treatment(P<0.05). The quality of life in each age group after treatment was higher than that before treatment, and the difference in the quality of life in different age groups between before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-2 and IL-10 increased, and TNF-α decreased, all with statistically significant differences between before and after treatment(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe anti-inflammatory treatment effect for patients with pelvic inflammation is remarkable, with improved quality of life after treatment and improved inflammatory reaction.
