摘要
目的:分析体检者静脉采血晕针的主要原因。方法:在笔者所在医院体检者中抽取出疑似晕针的246例作为观察对象,依据是否发生晕针分为晕针组与非晕针组,对比分析晕针发生的原因。结果:晕针组与非晕针组在年龄、性别及体质上,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在痛觉神经敏感程度、紧张程度、穿刺次数、操作技能、环境、穿刺了解程度几项变量上,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,痛觉神经敏感程度、紧张程度、穿刺次数、操作技能、环境、穿刺了解程度属于静脉采血晕针的独立性影响因素。结论:体检者静脉采血过程中晕针的发生与痛觉神经敏感程度、紧张程度、穿刺次数等因素存在着重要关联。临床护理通过这些因素制定相应的护理干预措施,可能有助于降低晕针的发生率,保证血液样本采集顺利。
Objective: To analyze the main causes of needle sickness during intravenous blood collection.Method:A total of 246 cases of suspected needle sickness were selected from the physical examination in the hospital as the object of observation.They were divided into the needle sickness group and the non-needle sickness group according to whether needle sickness occurred or not.The causes of needle sickness were compared and analyzed.Result:In age,gender and constitution between the needle sickness group and the non-needle sickness group,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),but in several variables such as sensitivity of pain nerve,tension,punctures times,operation skills,environment and understanding to puncture,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the sensitivity of pain nerve,tension,puncture times,operation skills,environment and understanding to puncture were independent influencing factors of needle sickness during intravenous blood collection.Conclusion:In the process of intravenous blood collection,the occurrence of needle sickness is closely related to the sensitivity of pain nerve,tension and punctures times.Through these factors,clinical nursing can formulate corresponding nursing intervention measures,which may help to reduce the incidence of needle fainting and ensure the smooth collection of blood samples.
