摘要
针对某型四缸汽油机配气机构进行进气部分运动学和动力学分析,分析表明配气机构存在进气门跃度值偏大,进气凸轮与挺柱间的最大接触应力过大,气门落座力过大等缺陷。因此,对进气凸轮型线缓冲段和工作段重新设计,缓冲段选用简谐运动规律,工作段选用多项式动力学运动规律,进气凸轮型线工作段的设计参数对凸轮型线的形状和汽油机综合性能有很大的影响,进而以设计参数为变量对工作段进行正交试验设计,利用综合分析法对工作段的参数进行优化匹配,得到了新型凸轮型线。
In this paper,both the kinematics and the dynamics analysis are conducted on the intake section of the fourcylinder gasoline engine’s valve-train.The result shows that the valve-train has some drawbacks,such as too large jerk of intake valve,too huge contact-stress maximum between the intake cam and the tappet,too intensive seating force of valve,and so on.Therefore,the intake cam’s buffering and working sections are redesigned;the simple harmonic motion is applied for the buffering section and the polynomial dynamic motion is applied for the working section.The design parameters of the working section have a great impact on the cam profile’s shape and the gasoline engine’s comprehensive performance.Therefore,these parameters are taken as variables for the orthogonal experiment;the comprehensive analysis is conducted to optimize and match these parameters,in order to identify a new cam profile.
