摘要
肺炎克雷伯菌是自然界中常见的革兰阴性杆菌,可引起多系统感染,同时也是院内感染的常见病原菌。随着抗生素的大量使用,抗生素耐药及耐药菌株的产生目前逐渐成为临床面临的棘手问题。人们尝试通过研制疫苗来预防和控制肺炎克雷伯菌感染从而解决这些难题。现就肺炎克雷伯菌疫苗的研究进展进行简要阐述、分类、分析及展望。
Klebsiella pneumoniae is a kind of gram-negative bacillus in nature, which can cause multiple systemic infections and nosocomial infections.With the extensive use of antibiotics, antibiotic resistance and the emergence of drug-resistant strains have gradually become thorny clinical problems.People try to solve these problems by developing vaccines to prevent and control Klebsiella pneumoniae infection.In this paper, the research progress of Klebsiella pneumoniae vaccine was briefly described, classified, analyzed and prospected.
