摘要
针对波状挡边带式输送机凸弧段容易出现撒料的问题,在确定物料截面形状的基础上,通过力学分析的方法指出了易撒落物料的位置,分析讨论了物料撒落的原因,提出了相应的解决方案。在EDEM离散元分析软件中,通过建立不同参数的输送机模型,模拟物料运输情况,验证了解决方案的可行性。
In view of material dropping in convex arc segment of the belt conveyor with cornigated wall, after determining the section shape of material, the paper indicated the position where the material easily dropped by means of mechanical analysis. It discussed the causes of material dropping, and proposed corresponding solution. Meanwhile, the conveyors with various parameters were modeled in EDEM, and material delivery was simulated, which verified the feasibility of the solution.
