摘要
为探讨系统化护理在空气灌肠复位治疗小儿肠套叠中的应用效果,将2016年5月至2017年9月于我院采用空气灌肠复位治疗的64例肠套叠患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予系统化护理,对比2组患儿一次复位成功率、不良反应发生率及临床情况。结果显示,观察组患儿一次复位成功率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,复位前准备时间、住院时间及住院费用均少于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,在空气灌肠复位治疗小儿肠套叠过程中,实施系统化护理可提高一次复位成功率,降低并发症发生率,减少复位前准备时间、住院时间及住院费用,值得借鉴。
To investigate the application efficacy of systematized nursing in infantile intussusception(II) treated with air-enema reduction(AER),64Ⅱ patients treated with AER in author's hospital(2016-05- 2017-09)were randomly divided into control group(n =32,received routine nursing)and observation one (n =32,systematized nursing),then both groups'successful rate of primarily reduction,untoward reaction and clinical status were compared.As results,the successful rate of primarily reduction,the untoward reaction incidence in observation group were respectively higher,lower than that in control one(P <0.05);as for clinical status(the time for preoperative preparation,hospitalization time and cost)were less than that in control group(P <0.05).Results show that in air-enema reduction for treating II systematized nursing can uplift primarily reduction successful rate,decrease complication incidence,reduce the time for preoperative preparation and hospitalization time,as well as medical cost,thus it is worth learning.
