摘要
医院廉政教育能够营造崇尚廉洁的良好氛围,是建立医疗行业纠风工作的长效机制,也是加强卫生队伍建设的一项重要措施。为深入开展医院廉政教育并取得实效,从领导体系、教育内容、教育方法、长效机制、考评机制几个方面探索有医疗特色的廉政教育实施路径,对医院管理提供参考意见。
Hospital integrity education can create a good atmosphere advocating non-corruption,which is a long-term mechanism to rectify unhealthy tendencies and malpractice,as well as an important measure to strengthen the construction of health team.In order to carry out hospital integrity education in depth and achieve actual results,the implementation path of integrity education with medical characteristics was explored from leadership system,educational content,educational methods,long-term mechanism and evaluation mechanism,so as to provide reference opinions for hospital management.
