摘要
目的:讨论临床对口腔颌面外患者应用健康教育路径表的临床意义。方法:随机抽选于2018年2月~2018年12月期间某院口腔颌面外科收治的住院患者共92例,依照住院单双号分为对照组与研究组。对照组(n=46)给予常规健康教育,按照分级护理制度执行,研究组(n=46)在此基础上应用健康教育路径表,评价及对比两组的健康知识知晓情况、护理工作满意情况。结果:研究组的健康知识知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05);相比于对照组,研究组的护理工作满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:临床对口腔颌面外患者应用健康教育路径表,可提升其对自身疾病的正确认知力,取得更多患者对医护人员的信任感以及依赖性,护理满意度高。
Objective:To discuss the clinical significance of health education path table in application of patients with oral and maxillofacial diseases.Methods:A total of 92 inpatients admitted to the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery of a hospital from February 2018 to December 2018 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the even-odd number of inpatients.The control group ( n =46) were given routine health education and were implemented according to the graded nursing system,while the study group ( n =46) were applied the health education path table on this basis.Then,the awareness of health knowledge and satisfaction of nursing work of two groups were evaluated and compared.Results:The awareness rate of health knowledge in the study group was higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the nursing job satisfaction rate in the study group was significantly improved ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of health education path table for patients with extraoral and maxillofacial can enhance their correct understanding of their own diseases,obtain more patients' trust and dependence on medical staff,thus it have high nursing satisfaction.
