摘要 采用硫脲分光光度法测定铋量,试样用盐酸、硝酸分解,以硝酸赶尽盐酸,在硝酸介质中,铋与硫脲生成可溶性的黄色络合物,其颜色强度与铋的浓度成比例,于波长436 nm处,测量铋的吸光度求得铋量。 Bismuth content was determined by thiourea spectrophotometry. The sample was decomposed with hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, and the hydrochloric acid was expelled with nitric acid. In nitric acid medium, bismuth and thiourea formed a soluble yellow complex. Its color intensity was proportional to the concentration of bismuth. Bismuth content was obtained by measuring the absorbance of bismuth at 436 nm.
