益生菌转化无机锌对蛋雏鸡免疫功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文旨在研究益生菌转化无机锌制备的富锌益生素对蛋雏鸡免疫功能的影响。通过益生菌转化无机锌制备成富锌益生素;选取1周龄海蓝褐蛋鸡80只,随机分为对照(Ⅰ)组、试验(Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ)组,试验组分别按照基础日粮的0.1%、0.15%、0.2%比例添加富锌益生素,研究其对蛋雏鸡免疫器官指数、抗体效价、补体含量、淋巴细胞增殖活性、干扰素-γ、细胞因子IL-2的活性等免疫功能的影响,试验时间为55 d,其中预试期5 d。试验结果表明,蛋鸡日粮添加0.2%富锌益生素能显著提高蛋雏鸡脾脏指数、腔上囊指数、胸腺指数(P<0.05),显著提高血清补体C3、IL-2及IFN-γ的含量(P<0.05),显著提高外周血T淋巴细胞转化率和ND抗体水平(P<0.05)。由此可知,富锌益生菌能够提高蛋雏鸡免疫功能,以0.2%富锌益生素添加组效果最佳。 This paper aims to study the effect of probiotics on the immune function of egg chicks.The zinc-enriched Probiotics was prepared.Eighty 1-week old highland brown laying hens were randomly divided into control group(I),test(ⅡⅢⅣ)group,and experimental group according to the basic diet of 0.1%,0.15%,and 0.2%proportion adding zinc-enriched Probiotics respectively.Then we studled the egg chicken immune organ index,antibody titer,complement content,lymphocyte proliferation activity,interferon-gamma,and cytokines IL-2-gamma activity.The test time was 55 days,and the pilot test period was five days.The test results showed that the laying hens diet with 0.2%zinc-enriched Probiotics significantly improve the egg chicken spleen index,the index of bursa of fabricius,thymus index(P<0.05).It also had higher serum C3,IL-2 and the content of IFN-gamma(P<0.05),and significantly improved the peripheral blood T lymphocyte conversion rate and ND antibody levels(P<0.05).Thus,is codclided that probiotics of rich zinc can improve the immune function of egg chicks,and the best results are in the group with 0.2 zinc-enriched Probiotics.
