重整生成油选择性加氢脱烯烃技术的工业应用 被引量:2

Industrial Application of Selective Hydrogenation and Deolefin Removal Technology for Reforming Oil

摘要 介绍了中国石化大连研究院开发的HDO-18贵金属催化剂在扬子石化1~#连续重整装置的工业应用情况。应用结果表明:在反应温度153℃,反应压力1. 19 MPa,体积空速5. 81 h^(-1),补氢量1. 17 Nm^3/t的操作条件下,脱烯烃反应器温升5. 7℃,反应器压降95 kPa,脱戊烷塔底液溴指数167 mg Br/100 g,C_8^+溴指数47. 68 mgBr/100 g,芳烃损失率为0. 12%,均达或超过了技术协议指标,实现了停用C_8^+芳烃白土塔的目的,具有较好的社会效益和环境效益。 The industrial application of HDO-18 noble metal catalyst developed by Dalian Research Institute of Sinopec in No.1 Continuous Reforming Plant of Yangzi Petrochemical was introduced. The application results showed that under the operating conditions of reaction temperature of 153 ℃, reaction pressure of 1.19 MPa, volumetric space velocity of 5.81 h -1 and added hydrogen flow of 1.17 Nm 3/t, the deolefin reactor temperature increased by 5.7 ℃, pressure dropped 95 kPa, bromine index of depentanizer bottom liquid was 167 mgBr/100 g, bromine index of C + 8 was 47.68 mgBr /100 g, and aromatic hydrocarbon loss rate was 0.12%. The above data all met or exceeded the technical agreement indicators, the purpose of stopping C 8 + arene clay tower was realized and better social and environmental benefits were achieved.
