臭氧水对山药根结线虫病的防治效果研究 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,山药块茎根结线虫及其引起的腐烂病发生较为严重,对山药产量和品质影响较大。为建立绿色安全、经济高效的山药根结线虫病综合防控技术,开展了以臭氧水为基础的不同土壤处理对山药根结线虫病的防治效果和产量影响的研究。结果表明,以臭氧水为基础组配的土壤处理防控山药线虫技术,对山药根结线虫病的防效达到85%以上,对山药不产生药害,且对山药产量的恢复或增加效果明显,经臭氧水+生物酵素有机肥+噻唑膦处理的山药比对照组增产15.9%。 In recent years, yam tuber root-knot nematode and its rot disease have been more serious, which have a great impact on yield and quality. In order to establish a green, safe, economical and efficient prevention and control technology for root-knot nematode disease of yam, an experiment was conducted to investigate the control effect and yield under the different soil management treatments based on ozone water. The results showed that over 85% of the control effect on root-knot nematode disease of yam was reached under ozone water treatments, and could also help recovery or even increase the yield production of yam, with no harm to yam quality. The yield of yam treated with ozone water +bio -enzymatic organic fertilizer + thiazophosphorus increased by 15.9% compared with the control.
