摘要 美国"州际新教师评估和支持联盟"(INTASC)研发的新教师评价标准,从学生者、知识内容、教学实践和职业责任四个方面提出了新教师应该达到的10项标准53条行为指标。该标准具有评价标准框架明确、评价内容详细、以学生为中心、注重教师专业化发展、形成性评价和终结性评价相结合等特点,反映了美国教师评价的趋势。借鉴美国INTASC教师评价标准,我国教师评价应建立框架清晰、内容详尽的评价标准,寻求多方协作、共同参与,实施阶段性的教师评价,严把教师队伍质量关。 The new teacher evaluation standards developed by Interstate New Teacher Assessment and Support Consortium(INTASC)has a greater impact in the United States. The evaluation standard puts forward 10 criteria 53 behavioral indicators that new teachers should reach from four aspects:student,knowledge content, teaching practice and professional responsibility,The standard has a clear evaluation criteria framework and detailed evaluation content. It is student -centered,focusing on the professional development of teachers and combination of formative evaluation and summative evaluation which reflects the trend of teacher evaluation in the United States.With reference to the American INTASC teacher evaluation standard,China’s teacher evaluation should establish a clear framework and detailed evaluation standard,seek multi-party collaboration and joint participation,implement staged teacher evaluation,and strictly control the quality of the teaching staff.
