摘要
新时代对企业家精神提出了新要求:创新是其核心内涵,责任、担当是其使命,工匠精神是其精髓。本文分析了我国企业家精神现状及原因,提出了新时代培育企业家精神的路径:转变政府职能,发挥政府在创新战略中的引导作用;建立与完善产权保护制度,保护企业家的合法地位和权益;构建新型政商关系,促进企业家精神培育;建立以企业家精神为中心的治理结构,激发其创新精神。
The new era puts forward new requirements for entrepreneurship: innovation is its core, responsibility is its mission, artisans’ spirit is its essence. On the basis of analyzing the present situation and reasons of entrepreneurship in our country, this paper puts forward the cultivation mechanisms of entrepreneurship in the new era: transforming the government function to give play to the guiding role of the government in the innovation strategy;establishing and perfect the system of property right protection to protect the legal status and rights and interests of entrepreneurs;building a harmonious relationship between government and business to promote the cultivation of entrepreneurial spirit;establishing a governance structure centered on entrepreneurship, to stimulate their innovative spirit.
