摘要
通过超声波法制备了橡皮鱼皮革,并研究了鞣制时间、超声强度及铬鞣剂用量对橡皮鱼皮的收缩温度、拉伸性能及鳞片形态的影响。结果表明,鞣制时间为2h、超声强度为1000W、铬鞣剂用量为6%时,制得的橡皮鱼皮革收缩温度和拉伸性能最好,且超声波法有利于保持橡皮鱼皮鳞片的完整性。
Thamnaconus Modestus leather was prepared by ultrasonic method and the effects of tanning time, ultrasonic intensity and dosage of tanning agent on the shrinkage temperature and stretching properties of the leather were studied. It is indicated that complete fish scale can be obtained from ultrasonic tanning, and the best properties can be achieved when the fish skin was tanned in 2h, under the ultrasonic intensity of 1000Wand 6%dosage of tanning agent.
