摘要
目的分析ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)实施集束化护理的干预效果及对患者满意度产生的影响。方法收集该院ICU 2016年1月—2017年12月收治的VAP患者64例(共187例插管)187例插管患者作为研究对象,将其中发生呼吸机相关性肺炎的患者64例分为对照组(n=32,实施常规护理)和实验组(n=32,实施集束化护理),观察并比较2组护理效果、护理满意度的差异。结果实验组护理满意度96.9%优于对照组的78.1%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.142 9,P<0.05);实验组总有效率93.8%高于对照组的71.9%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.379 1,P<0.05)。结论 ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎开展集束化护理可取得良好的干预效果,提高患者护理满意度,值得广泛应用于临床。
Objective To analyze the intervention effect of ICU ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP)on the implementation of cluster nursing and its impact on patient satisfaction.Methods A total of 187 patients with VAP who underwent ventilator-associated pneumonia were enrolled in our study.From January 2016 to December 2017,64 patients(including 187 intubated patients)were enrolled in the study.The control group(n=32,routine nursing)and the experimental group(n=32,implementation of cluster nursing)were observed and compared between the two groups of nursing effects and nursing satisfaction.Results The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 96.9%higher than that of the control group(78.1%).The significant difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=5.142 9,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.8%higher than that of the control group of 71.9%,the significant difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=5.379 1,P<0.05).Conclusion ICU ventilator-associated pneumonia can achieve good intervention effect and improve patient care satisfaction.It is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice.
