摘要
目的通过对两组大隐静脉曲张患者术后分别使用优质护理和常规护理方法 ,观察其临床效果,探究两种护理方法的临床特点。方法从该院诊治的2018年1—9月的大隐静脉曲张患者中随机抽取60例。随机分为对照组30例,实施常规护理;治疗组30例,实施常规护理+优质护理。比较两组的临床效果特点。结果对照组总满意度25例,占83.33%,治疗组总满意度28例,占93.33%。治疗组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.334,P<0.001);对照组深静脉血栓有2例,占6.67%,创面感染2例,占6.67%,并发症发生率为13.33%;治疗组深静脉血栓有1例,占3.33%,创面感染0例,占0.00%,并发症发生率为3.33%。治疗组并发症发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.453,P<0.001)。结论优质护理可有效降低大隐静脉曲张患者的术后并发症的发生,提高患者满意度,是一项实用性较强的临床护理方案,值得推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of high-quality nursing and routine nursing methods in two groups of patients with saphenous varices,and to explore the clinical characteristics of the two nursing methods.Methods 60 patients were randomly selected from patients with saphenous varices from January to September 2018 who were treated in our hospital.Randomly divided into the control group of 30 cases,the implementation of routine care;treatment group of 30 cases,the implementation of routine care+quality care.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction of the control group was 25 cases,accounting for 83.33%,and the total satisfaction of the treatment group was 28 cases,accounting for 93.33%.The total satisfaction of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.334,P<0.001);2 cases of deep vein thrombosis in the control group,accounting for 6.67%,2 cases of wound infection,accounting for 6.67%,and the complication rate was 13.33%;treatment group of 1 case of deep vein thrombosis,accounting for 3.33%,0 cases of wound infection,accounting for 0.00%,and the complication rate was 3.33%.The incidence of complications was higher in the treatment group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.453,P<0.001).Conclusion Quality nursing can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve patient satisfaction in patients with saphenous varices.It is a practical clinical nursing program and worthy of promotion.
